Description:
RF Planning, Provisioning and Optimization.� Cell Site Design, frequency planning and RF optimization of GSM 900/1800 network. The work include Site survey; drive test; Collect and analyze propagation model data and field test data; Fault finding and analysis; Frequency planning; Optimization such as frequency hopping and handover algorithm; Develop� and manage traffic statistics and formulas used for forecasting; Documentation and reporting of findings and recommendations; and Customer Support Service
Requirements:
Proficient in Audit & Inspection of Network performance of telecommunication service providers (RF Drive Test, MSC, OMC-R). OMC-R network performance reports analysis. Exposure in installation, Integration, commissioning and testing of various Cellular Networks with sound knowledge of Cellular Comm. Technologies � GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA / UMTS etc.� Ericsson�s TEMS Investigator 6.0, Aircom�s Neptune 4.2, Agilent�s E7473A CDMA Drive Test System and GSM Cell site acquisition. Knowledge of GSM Channels, Antenna Systems, Network KPI & basics of RF Planning / Optimization.
